Meeting with 'Inside Edition' for 9-Minute Tom Cruise Video

While meeting with Inside Edition, they asked me to define various terms that are in the Tom Cruise video. In talking with them, I realized how Martian like these videos sound, so with that, here are a few definitions to hopefully help.

So here are the ones I remember, please add more, if there are more.

1) SP= Suppressive Person. Scientology literally declares people to be suppressive, meaning they're worse than the Devil, can harm you, a person can get sick from just being connected to an SP (so Hubbard said). In truth, it's total :bs: (his means to manipulate people and keep them from talking to those he didn't want them to speak to, as they might find out FACTS he didn't want known).

Also, please note it's a HIGH CRIME to even talk to an SP, so Tommy laughing about how "The SPs never talk to me"....we'll talk to him, any day, any hour. HE won't/can't talk to us, or he'd get declared SP himself.

2) KSW=Keeping Scientology Working. This is a policy Hubbard wrote, that is the first policy you will read, on EVERY course. (Gerry Armstrong recently posted the entire KSW for all to read, over on ARS).

"KSW" is a slang term used amongst Scientologists to mean "It's good, It's true, it's on source". Hubbard is big in KSW about how one is either on the trail, or off of it, there is no in between. So pull up your bootstraps, and decide which you are!

(To me, it was like Tough Love, sort of -- and thus people are attracted to it). Which is where Tommy boy gets the: "You're either IN or you're OUT" My OPINION is KSW *is* the very beginning of the mind control within Scientology.

3) PTS: Hubbard wrote again about SP's (to keep people from talking to anyone suppressive, which funny enough, were ALL the people who disagreed with him, spoke out against him, told FACTS about him he didn't want know, etc. Oh sure, there are others--like Hitler. They tried to compare me to Hitler in a meeting with ministers: That went over like a lead balloon!

PTS stands for POTENTIAL TROUBLE SOURCE which is anyone connected to an SP. ANYONE with a physical problem, of any kind, Scientology will tell you that you are "PTS" and you MUST decide who is the SP you are connected to. Once you figure out who, you have to either 'handle' or 'disconnect' and they're very severe on this.

Many people disconnect from an "SP". ALL Of my friends, and my husband of 27 years, disconnected from me almost immediately, once I was declared SP. Why? Because if they don't --- THEY can be Declared an SP.

4) "Spectatorship"--- This is a word used in connection with KSW -- meaning those who are just being spectators, not Keeping Scientology Working -- they need to "Get out of the arena", per Tom Cruise.

I hope these terms helped those lurking some.
