While I worked with Bill Yaude (while still in Scientology) he told me
the Top Secret OSA Int Internet Project had a few major goals:
1) Make people think less of the Critics of Scientology, esp. the
X-Scientologists The fear here was that people (mostly those 'in'
but really anyone) might listen to these people. Thus huge programs
were created to put down critics, and X-Scientologists. Yaude himself
created over 10 identities (way more) many of whom pretended they
were critics.
2) Distract people off of any 'hot' topics of Scientology, any way you can.
Again, this is always done by "Anonymous" people...people no
one can track down to find they are OSA.
They created phony accounts (I know as I opened a bunch of them), created by
phony people, with phony addresses and phony phone numbers, and they always
used phone cards, so one cannot trace them.
At one point when I finally went onto ARS and SAW what they were doing with
these accounts I'd been opening (Spamming ARS, trying to stop free
speech) I asked Bill:
"Isn't it going to be obvious OSA is doing this?"
His response? "No... we're spamming other newsgroups too, so
they won't put it together it is us".
3) Create confusion on ARS to the point where people will not want to
read it, and will think "It's just a bunch of nuts".
Again, their fear is that their own people will find out the truth about
Scientology, as well as their 'future public' learning the facts, too.
4) Create such antagonism against the critics, and X-Scientologists that
they'll give up and leave.
This has failed miserably, but they insist they are winning, naturally.
Isn't Scientology Always stroking themselves, while the rest of the world
laughs?

I leave it to the readers to figure out who *might* be running this very
same program, and who isn't.
As you can read, certain people have created huge lies about various
critics. OSA is getting desperate, and is actually truly losing it. Are we
surprised?
